Job summary

Zebra seeks a seasoned operations leader to oversee multiple facilities and drive performance. You will manage budgets, allocate resources, and align teams with strategic priorities to deliver top-notch customer outcomes.

In this role, you will influence policies, lead cross-functional initiatives, and optimize human, financial, and other resources to meet ambitious goals. A focus on Lean/Six Sigma and strong communication is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience including minimum 2 years as team supervisor / manager.
• Strong delegation, leadership and communication abilities.
• Experience with Lean and Six Sigma processes.

Responsibilities

• Set the budget for the cost centers and monitor adherence.
• Provide labor and capital expenditure recommendations to senior management.
• Lead multiple facilities toward collaborative process improvement.
• Develop standards and performance measures to ensure quality and customer experience.
