Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading an operational team with measurable improvements.
• Directly manages staff including performance reviews and coaching.
• Self-starter who identifies problems and builds solutions.
• Strong accountability, sets expectations and follows through.
• Able to act with independent judgment and authority.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and process skills.
• Experience in fast-paced, metrics-driven environments.
• Fluency with CRM platforms (HubSpot) and common productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the department's day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Direct staff scheduling, time-off approvals, and coverage planning.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and one-on-one feedback.
• Coach underperformance and implement corrective actions.
• Set and uphold professional standards, urgency, and ownership.
• Identify leadership potential and develop staff for growth.
• Own KPIs and production targets; monitor performance continually.
• Collaborate with HR on staffing and disciplinary matters.
• Provide regular, concise reporting to the VP of Operations.
• Escalate only issues requiring executive involvement.
