Blue Shield of CA is seeking a Claims Supervisor to manage the daily inventory of claims and assign work to claims examiners and contractors. You will work closely with the Senior Manager, Operations to drive process improvements and ensure adherence to policies and contracts.

The role emphasizes a hybrid workplace model with in-office collaboration two days per week, and requires leadership experience and a strong track record in claims processing.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or GED plus 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• 5+ years of prior relevant experience.
• 2+ years in a lead role or with leadership training.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily inventory of claims and assign work among claims examiners and contractors.
• Lead and supervise claims examiners and contractors to ensure timely processing.
• Partner with Senior Manager, Operations to develop process improvements.
• Collaborate with other units to ensure the Claims Department meets performance standards.
