Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of administrative and progressive supervisory experience required.
• Must meet the minimum NYS QIDP requirements.
• One-year experience with an IRA program is preferred.
• Must demonstrate proven leadership, communication, fiscal and administrative skills.
• Valid NYS Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a working knowledge of and ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Manage and maintain monthly budget, staffing, overtime and other expenses.
• Review and manage all billing related requirements.
• Supervise assigned Managers and assist with continued development.
• Ensure life-centered planning and attainment of personal outcomes.
• Identify program maintenance needs and budget for improvements.
• Ensure direct support levels are identified and positions are filled.
• Review staffing and overtime reports with Program Managers.
• Attend site meetings at least quarterly.
