Job summary

The Arc Erie County NY in Williamsville, NY is seeking a Director-level Leader to coordinate and strengthen behavior services across Residential, Education, Day Habilitation, Clinical, and Community programs. You will supervise Behavior Technicians and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain high quality, person-centered supports.

Qualifications

• Masters in Psychology, Social Work, Behavior Analysis, or related field.
• BCBA, NYS licensure, or OPWDD BIS Level 1/2 eligibility.
• Continued education and credential maintenance required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and Functional Behavioral Assessments
• Develop and monitor behavior support plans
• Provide staff training and consultation
• Support interdisciplinary treatment teams
• Oversee behavior services compliance and documentation
• Assist with psychotropic medication review process
• Serve as a clinical resource across programs
