The Arc Ontario is seeking a Residence Manager in Geneva, NY to lead daily operations of our residential homes. You will supervise staff, ensure safety and cleanliness, and coordinate with treatment teams and the Residential Nurse to deliver high-quality care within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in the Human Services Field required.
• Over three years of relevant experience including one year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily functions of residences to foster a positive staff and resident culture.
• Ensures compliance of residence operations and services.
• Collaborates with residence supervisor to deliver excellent services to residents and staff.
