Qualifications

• Senior level with 10+ years of related experience and MA/MS degree.
• Master’s degree substitutions include Ten years of additional relevant work experience or a bachelor’s degree plus four years of relevant experience.
• Security clearance required: Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily execution, resource allocation, and timelines for a 60+ person team.
• Lead cross-functional engineering, logistics, and programmatic efforts to meet milestones within budget and compliance.
• Capture risks, track progress, and resolve issues across multiple functional areas.
• Interface with government stakeholders and external partners for status updates and mission alignment.
• Support planning and execution of product integration, test, and deployment activities with readiness tracking.
• Develop reports, briefs, and dashboards to inform leadership health and decision-making.
