Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 7 years in supervisory roles providing recommendations across program management, systems engineering, major system acquisitions, and financial management.
• Experience leading complex programs and diverse teams in DoD or government-contract environments.
• Strong leadership and decision‑making skills with excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all operational activities across the program.
• Formulate and implement policies to ensure efficient and compliant operations.
• Manage acquisition and employment of project resources to meet contractual requirements.
• Oversee contractor execution of Task Order (TO) requirements and ensure alignment with mission objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with the Government COR for technical and project issues.
• Lead through subordinate supervisors to ensure effective coordination across departments.
• Other duties as assigned or required.

Education

Master's degree in Engineering, Technical, Business, or Computer Science/IT discipline
