Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Facilities Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field required; an equivalent combination of education and significant relevant experience may be considered.
• Seven or more years of progressively responsible operations experience, including at least three years of management or supervisory experience leading technical or professional staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership and management.
• Manage facilities, building systems, and capital needs.
• Provide oversight of fleet assets and vehicle infrastructure.
• Oversee technology systems and support.
• Manage vendors, procurement, and contracts.
• Lead operational safety, OSHA compliance, security, and emergency preparedness.
