Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 6 years related experience in manufacturing.
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.
• Experience leading in unionized manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee manufacturing from engineering requirements to delivery.
• Prioritize schedules based on design release, equipment, and materials.
• Lead production team and manage hiring, promotion, and performance decisions.
• Develop strategies to meet cost, quality, delivery, and safety commitments.
• Drive continuous improvement and zero-defect initiatives.
• Ensure safe and compliant operations with EHS practices.
• Manage key metrics and communicate improvements clearly.
