Job summary
The Chemours Company seeks an Operations Manager for the DeLisle Plant in Pass Christian, MS to lead manufacturing operations safely and efficiently, driving reliability, quality, and cost performance while developing leadership across the site.
You will partner with maintenance, reliability, engineering, and capital projects to optimize asset use, prioritize investments, and implement Lean processes that improve safety and productivity while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering; other engineering disciplines supported by ops experience.
- 10+ years of manufacturing or industrial operations leadership in PSM/high-hazard environments.
- Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and cost/workflow improvements.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for assigned manufacturing areas.
- Lead production leaders, supervisors, and operations personnel.
- Drive safety, reliability, yield, quality, and cost performance.
- Ensure compliance with PSM, EHS, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with Maintenance, Reliability, Engineering, and Capital Projects.
