Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Chemical Engineering preferred.
• 10+ years of manufacturing or operations experience with leadership.
• Proven success leading safe, compliant operations with PSM and environmental regs.
• Experience managing plant operations, budgets, capex, and cost performance.
• Strong knowledge of continuous manufacturing and process optimization.
• Experience leading diverse teams through coaching and succession planning.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience in global, matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead site operations across production, maintenance, engineering, and reliability.
• Ensure safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible operations.
