Blueberry Medical PA is seeking a Senior Manager of Operations to drive critical functions across our urgent care and expansion lines. You will champion responsible AI, improve workflows, and partner with leaders to track KPIs and profitability.

You will own capacity planning, clinician staffing, licensing and credentialing, supply chain, and customer support initiatives, turning data into actionable guidance for leadership while maintaining an exceptional member experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare operations experience.
• Strong data-driven problem-solving and process-improvement mindset.
• Passion for automation, tooling, and AI.
• Track record of exceeding financial and operational goals.
• Comfort in high-growth environments and ambiguity.
• Clear written and verbal communication across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-enabled automation and process improvement across the department.
• Own capacity planning and forecasting for all business lines.
• Oversee clinician staffing processes and automation opportunities.
• Develop automated licensing and credentialing reporting and oversight.
• Improve the medical kit supply chain and inventory management.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive cross-functional projects and roadmap alignment.
• Enhance customer support through scalable automation and product alignment.
