For our client, we are seeking a Director of Operations to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will oversee core operational functions that support clinical service delivery, staffing, and business growth across multiple lines of service. The ideal candidate will bring a process-driven mindset to improve efficiency, strengthen oversight, and help scale operations in a fast-moving healthcare environment. This position will also partner closely with cross-functional teams to advance automation, support responsible AI adoption, and improve the overall customer and clinician experience.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $144,000 – $160,000 annually
