Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multi-shift distribution center operations, focusing on safety, quality, service, and efficiency.
• Coach managers, supervisors, and frontline staff to foster engagement and accountability.
• Monitor KPIs and labor trends to identify gaps and implement data-driven improvements.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for cost and quality.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and cooperate with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare operational updates and recommendations for senior leadership.
