Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–4 years of supervision/leadership in manufacturing.
• Experience coordinating production schedules and teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervises employees in production and operation functions related to capital equipment manufacturing.
• Sets daily team priorities, develops work schedules and assigns tasks.
• Develops and executes action plans; utilizes shift handoffs and reviews.
• Leads team meetings and tracks performance metrics.
• Coordinates with service/customer groups to meet production schedules.
• Drives Lean, Safety and Quality; takes corrective action.
• Manages hiring, training, performance reviews, and related processes.
• May participate in budgeting and manpower/overhead forecasting.
