This role supports integration planning, drives cross‑functional alignment, manages risk, and ensures delivery against Day‑One readiness and long‑term value realization objectives.

Primary Job Duties
Integration Planning & Execution
  • Develop and maintain the workstream integration plans across all assigned workstreams, including scope definition, milestones, dependencies, ownership, escalations, communication, and timelines.
  • Partner with functional leaders to build detailed workstream plans, translating integration strategy and TSA/APA requirements into executable deliverables.
  • Own and continuously manage the integration critical path, with emphasis on Day‑One readiness sequencing and pre‑close decision requirements.
  • Identify, map, and actively manage cross‑workstream interdependencies, proactively addressing sequencing conflicts, risks, and resource constraints.
Risk Management & Issue Resolution
  • Maintain and evolve the integration risk register as a dynamic tool, ensuring risks are clearly documented, owned, mitigated, and tracked.
  • Apply structured, analytical thinking to assess risk severity and business impact, establishing appropriate escalation thresholds.
  • Surface material risks and issues to integration leadership with clear context, implications, and recommended actions.
  • Identify and map workstream interdependencies, surfacing conflicts, sequencing risks, and resource constraints before they become execution problems.
  • Identify prioritization conflicts and provide data‑driven recommendations to enable timely executive decision‑making.
Governance, Communication & Reporting
  • Establish and maintain a consistent engagement cadence with fellow workstream leaders to ensure plan accuracy, issue visibility, and forward momentum.
  • Participate in integration governance forums and workstream meetings, capturing decisions, risks, and action items with precision.
  • Own the workstream integration action log, ensuring accountability and closure of all open items.
  • Develop and deliver integration status reporting tailored to multiple audiences, including detailed operational updates and executive‑level summaries for steering committees (ESC).
  • Communicate changes to timelines, milestones, and dependencies with clarity, articulating the impact on the integration plan and critical path.
Value Realization & Strategic Alignment
  • Track integration milestones tied to value realization objectives, ensuring alignment with acquisition rationale and executive expectations.
  • Monitor workstream execution for alignment to strategic intent, identifying and escalating deviations with recommended corrective actions.
Continuous Improvement
  • Contribute to the organization’s integration playbook, documenting processes, lessons learned, and best practices to improve future integration efforts.
Qualifications
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree (MBA or related field) preferred.

  • Project Management Professional designation.
Skills
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross‑functional programs, preferably in healthcare or similarly regulated environments.
  • Experience with post‑merger integration, TSA management, or large‑scale transformation initiatives preferred.
  • Advanced program and project management capabilities (e.g., critical path management, dependency mapping, risk frameworks).
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect operational execution to strategic value drivers.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influence skills across executive and operational levels.
  • Highly structured thinker with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
