Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, project management, or related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, supply chain, consulting, client implementation, or related field.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects or client implementations.
• Experience working with hospital or health system leaders.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, timelines, ownership, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead complex projects for new and existing clients, including project plans, milestones, deliverables, risks, and accountabilities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution from sales through implementation and transition to ongoing account management.
• Lead client network status meetings, progress updates, issue resolution, and escalation of significant implementation risks.
• Identify opportunities to improve services, tools, workflows, and handoffs and develop scalable practices.
• Support strategic initiatives and continuous improvement using data to identify risks and opportunities.
