• Lead complex projects, initiatives, or cross-functional workstreams.
• Serve as a subject-matter resource on policies, procedures, and operational practices.
• Resolve non-routine and high-impact issues and recommend solutions.
• Develop, refine, and document processes and workflows.
• Analyze data and provide insights to support leadership decision-making.
• Provide training, coaching, and quality assurance for lower-level staff.
