Job summary

Farmer's Fridge is seeking a highly analytical finance leader to partner with Manufacturing and Fulfillment teams, driving the cost performance of the business. The role spans cost management, forecasting, and strategic finance initiatives across the plant and distribution network.

You will build driver-based models, translate operational activity into financial outcomes, and help create actionable plans with cost ownership. A collaborative, hands-on approach is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of FP&A, Operations Finance, or Manufacturing Finance.
• Experience partnering with manufacturing, food production, or distribution.
• Strong financial modeling skills with driver-based analysis.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Manufacturing and Fulfillment leadership to understand cost drivers.
• Own financial models across labor, materials, packaging, distribution, and other costs.
• Establish cost targets and recurring reporting for performance monitoring.
• Develop driver-based models to support forward-looking planning.
