Job summary

PURIS is seeking an Operations Finance Manager to lead the financial activities for the assigned region. You will consolidate reports, analyze data, and ensure GAAP compliance while supporting a fast-paced field team.

You will manage month-end close, payroll, procurement, and cost tracking, collaborating with the regional VP to drive budgets, forecasts, and process improvements. Strong Excel skills and leadership are required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of practical work experience, construction background preferred.
• 2–4 years in Budget/Finance, Financial Reporting or Accounting.
• 1+ years of management/supervisory experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven insights.
• Advanced Excel functionality and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis and consolidate reports for Regional VP to ensure GAAP compliance.
• Support month-end close including payroll, invoices, inventory, and journal entries.
• Coordinate payroll, AP/AR, subcontract accounting, and cost tracking across operations.
• Prepare and manage regional budgets and forecasts with timely reporting.
• Assist internal audits and maintain internal controls and policies.
• Lead process improvements to boost profitability and efficiency.
