Responsibilities

• Oversees financial operations, activities and budget of the division, college, unit or department
• Conducts comprehensive analysis to ensure efficient resource utilization
• Ensures fiduciary, operational and transactional compliance and accuracy
• Interprets and executes applicable policies and procedures
• Reviews analyses of activities, costs, operations, and forecasts data to track progress toward goals
• May supervise staff and provide training, mentoring and performance management
• Provides training and support on policies and procedures to leaders and staff
• Develops, implements and facilitates internal financial policies and procedures
• Advises leadership on financial matters
