Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering is required.
• Five+ years of related industrial engineering experience with prior team management.
• Experience completing multi-variable work measurements and labor standards.
• Travel up to 30% based on company need.

Responsibilities

• Leads the Manufacturing Engineering portion of interviews for projects.
• Allocates manufacturing engineering resources to deliver projects at Excellerate.
• Provides leadership, coaching, and performance evaluations to staff.
• Prepares proposals and cost estimates for engineering and CAD services.
• Manages CAPEX process for Excellerate and ensures schedules and budgets.
• Supports design and manufacturing with jigs, fixtures, and process improvements.
