We're looking for a skilled Operations Engineer with a strong DevOps mindset and a passion for scalable, automated cloud infrastructure. In this role, you'll either work directly with agile development squads to support app infrastructure or contribute to broader infrastructure projects across our global Ops Team.

What You'll Do:

• Champion DevOps best practices: automation, CI/CD, monitoring, collaboration
• Manage and scale 100+ AWS instances across 50+ global VPCs
• Oversee a global fleet of tens of thousands of Linux-based IoT devices
• Maintain system uptime through proactive monitoring and incident response
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and implement infrastructure improvements
• Support deployments across dev, UAT, and production environments
• Mentor junior engineers and support DevOps culture across teams
• Help drive cloud initiatives around security, compliance, and cost optimization

What You Bring:

• Deep AWS expertise
• Strong Linux administration skills (Ubuntu preferred)
• Proficiency in containerization (Docker), scripting (Bash, Python), and IaC (CloudFormation)
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (e.g., SumoLogic, CloudWatch)
• Experience with microservices, serverless architecture, and config management tools
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable infrastructure solutions
• Strong communicator and effective collaborator
• Enthusiasm for learning and mentoring others

$105,000 - $128,000 a year

The annual base salary range for this position is based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and skill set. The position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
