You will monitor KPIs, develop scalable SOPs, and collaborate with executives to align operations with company goals while fostering a positive, results-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership or operations management experience in a fast-paced or growth-focused environment.
• Strong ability to lead teams, improve processes, and manage organizational performance.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
