Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Director to lead multiple distribution centers, cultivating customer relationships and driving high standards across the group. You will act as a critical link between centers and senior leadership, accountable for growth and success.

The role requires strong leadership of managers and supervisors, with a strategic mindset and a focus on continuous improvement, communication, and performance tracking across a large operations network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• MBA or equivalent is preferred.
• 7+ years of experience within supply chain is required.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in strategy development and implementation, operations management, or organization design and implementation is required.
• Experience as a management consultant or in a strategic role within a supply chain function is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive a culture of performance and results through your teams.
• Assemble and advise strong teams at each distribution center in your group.
• Lead multiple teams and support their professional development at all levels.
• Develop a strong network throughout DHL Supply Chain’s functional departments to drive performance.
• Be a key member of the management team of the largest global supply chain company.
• Provide access to development and educational programs to help your leaders grow.
