Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Director to lead multiple distribution centers, cultivate customer relationships, and uphold high company standards. You’ll report to senior leadership and be a critical link between centers and executives.

Responsibilities include building strong teams, guiding growth, and developing a network across functional departments to drive the group’s success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, required.
• MBA or equivalent, preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in supply chain, required.
• 3+ years in strategy development/implementation, operations management, or organization design, required.
• Experience as a management consultant or in a strategic supply chain role, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive a culture of performance and results through your teams.
• Assemble and advise strong teams at each distribution center in your group.
• Lead multiple teams and support their professional development at all levels.
• Support your group and drive performance by developing a strong network within DHL Supply Chain.
• Be a key member of the management team of DHL Supply Chain.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

MBA or equivalent

7+ years of supply chain experience

3+ years in strategy/operations/organization design
