Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Director of Operations to lead multiple distribution centers, each serving key customers with unique requirements. You will cultivate customer relationships, becoming an extension of their business and driving high performance across the group.

This role requires 7+ years in supply chain, a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred), and the ability to design and implement scalable processes that meet top‑level standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• MBA or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple distribution centers and manage customer relationships across centers.
• Drive a culture of performance and results through your teams.
• Assemble and advise strong teams at each distribution center in your group.
• Lead multiple teams and support professional development at all levels.
• Develop a strong network across DHL Supply Chain’s functional departments.
• Be a key member of the management team of the largest global supply chain company.
