Job summary

Green Key Resources partners with a nationally recognized general contractor to add a key leader to its growing ground-up construction group. The role focuses on leading and developing multiple project teams and guiding complex ground-up initiatives across logistics facilities.

You will oversee Amazon, warehouse, distribution, and cold storage projects, manage staffing and resources, and coordinate with regional leadership while traveling throughout the Southeast from an Atlanta or Jacksonville

Qualifications

• Strong GC background from the project and program management side.
• PX, or early Director-level experience.
• Ground-up light industrial experience required.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive multiple projects.

Responsibilities
