Responsibilities

• Coordinate with IT, logistics, security, and stakeholders to optimize DHMS program operations.
• Ensure compliance with USACE policies; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and implement effective operational strategies; conduct operational assessments and risk management.
• Use management tools for performance analysis; develop operational documentation; apply data security best practices.
• Oversee, direct, and mentor staff; conduct interviews, onboarding, performance reviews, and corrective actions.
• Maintain timekeeping compliance and charge authorization/labor category management.
• Build and maintain relationships with team members, vendors, client, and other departments.
• Ensure program activities operate within policy and standards.
• Exercise independent judgment and problem resolution in a government-contract environment.
