Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with USACE policies and drive improvements.
• Develop and implement operational strategies and assess risks.

• Oversee staff, conduct interviews, onboarding, and performance reviews.
• Maintain timekeeping compliance and labor category management.
• Foster relationships with team, vendors, client, and departments.
