Job summary

Harold + Associates, LLC seeks a Senior Operations Manager (Key Personnel) to direct contract performance for the H-53 program at NAS Patuxent River. You will serve as the principal administrator and overall authority for the contracted effort, interfacing with Government authorities to ensure schedule, technical excellence, and optimal resource use.

This high-visibility leadership role requires a DoD Secret clearance, an MA/MS degree, and 10+ years in defense program management or military

Qualifications

• DoD Secret clearance required.
• MA or MS degree from an accredited institution.
• 10+ years in defense program management, military operations, or contract administration.
• Exceptional executive leadership, negotiation, and communication skills to brief senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as the overall lead, manager, and administrator for the contracted effort, ensuring all deliverables meet standards.
• Serve as principal liaison to Government program authorities on technical, program, and project management challenges.
• Direct, evaluate, and monitor contractor execution of SOW requirements and milestones.
• Manage resources, staffing, budgeting, and asset deployment for the program.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and streamline workflows to protect schedule and technical integrity.
