Job summary

Reliance Worldwide Corporation is seeking an Assistant Operations Controller to support the Americas Controllership, overseeing cost accounting, monthly closes, and standard costing across the US, Mexico, Canada and China. The role partners with Operations, Supply Chain, and HR to drive financial performance and internal controls in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong manufacturing accounting skills, SAP CO experience, and a track record of implementing

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in manufacturing accounting.
• Experience in multi-site operations within a public company.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, internal controls, and reporting.
• CPA or CPA candidate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close for manufacturing and distribution sites in the Americas.
• Maintain standard costing and perform intercompany eliminations.
• Develop policies, controls and reporting to ensure data integrity.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and FP&A on budgeting and forecasting.
• Support audits and financial system enhancements (SAP, OneStream).
