Bank of America is seeking a Change Management professional in the United States to lead cross‑functional initiatives for Line of Business products and processes. You will provide analytical support for change initiatives through regular routines and contribute to the design, development and timely completion of deliverables.
As a primary contributor, you will coordinate with business teams, maintain documentation, prepare leadership decks, and frame project benefits for stakeholders.

Responsible for managing cross-functional and/or inter-departmental change for Line of Business products, processes, functions, and employee readiness. Provides analytical support for change initiatives through regular prescribed routines. Responsible for contributions to the design, development and completion of deliverables and documentation. Oversees change initiatives, using appropriate tools to drive completion, and serving as a secondary point of contact to department leads. Typically 1- 3 years of project or change management experience.
