Job summary

TaxConnex in Alpharetta, GA is hiring a Manager of Operational Support Services to lead a team delivering systems, process, and operational support for delivery teams, clients, and partners.

The role emphasizes documentation, issue resolution, and continuous improvement to strengthen service delivery and client experience. This hybrid position collaborates with Product, Technology, Accounting, and Finance to optimize workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance or related field.
• Sales and use tax concepts and TaxConnex processes experience preferred.
• Experience in client services or related service delivery environment.
• Comfortable with learning new software and systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to distinguish user, process, tax, software or tech issues and escalate as needed.
• Experience coordinating with software vendors and managing issues through resolution; onboarding preferred.
• Experience with billing reconciliation or detail-oriented operational processes is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Operational Support Services team across all functions.
• Provide Tier 1 internal operational support for the TaxConnex platform and related processes.
• Manage third-party add-on service implementations and ECM service operations.
• Oversee billing activities and partner/reseller billing coordination.
• Maintain compliance documentation and promote standardized support processes.
• Identify root causes of recurring issues and drive process improvements.
