Job summary

Bandit Sports is seeking a Senior Operations & Logistics Manager to own logistics and fulfillment operations, ensuring smooth flow from manufacturing partners to warehouses and customers nationwide.

You’ll manage 3PL partners, oversee inventory accuracy, receiving, and system integrity across Shopify, Amazon, and our fulfillment partners, while optimizing costs and shipping performance for Retail, Amazon, and DTC channels.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or fulfillment.
• Direct experience managing a 3PL relationship.
• Experience with wholesale and ecommerce fulfillment.
• Strong inventory management skills.
• Comfortable with technology and data (Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, inventory systems, spreadsheets, and automation tools).
• Excellent organization and follow-through.
• Ownership mentality and taking initiative.

Responsibilities

• Own our third-party warehouse relationships, including daily operations, receiving, fulfillment accuracy, shipping performance, costs, and accountability.
• Oversee inbound shipments, warehouse receiving, inventory reconciliation, and system accuracy across Shopify, Amazon, and our fulfillment partners.
• Ensure orders ship accurately and on time to major national retailers, Amazon, and DTC customers. Manage retail routing guides, EDI requirements, and shipping compliance to minimize chargebacks and delays.
• Manage freight, carriers, warehouse expenses, and fulfillment costs. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, negotiate better rates, and reduce unnecessary spending.
• Develop and improve the systems, reporting, and operating procedures that keep everything running smoothly as our order volume and retail distribution grow.

Senior Operations & Logistics Manager

We're looking for a Senior Operations & Logistics Manager who wants to be a meaningful part of building what's next.

The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced, hands-on operator to take ownership of our logistics and fulfillment operations.

You’ll be responsible for making sure our products move efficiently from our manufacturing partners into our warehouses and ultimately to customers and retailers across the country.

This is a highly visible role with real responsibility. You’ll work directly with leadership, manage our third-party logistics partners, and build the processes that allow Bandit to continue scaling.

What You’ll Own

• 3PL Management: Own our third-party warehouse relationships, including daily operations, receiving, fulfillment accuracy, shipping performance, costs, and accountability.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or fulfillment operations, ideally with a fast-growing consumer products brand.
• Direct experience managing a 3PL relationship. You’ve held warehouse partners accountable, solved fulfillment issues, and improved performance.
• Experience with both wholesale and ecommerce fulfillment. You understand retail routing guides, EDI, retailer compliance, and the demands of shipping to major accounts.
• Strong inventory management skills. You’re comfortable working with a warehouse management system, reconciling inventory, and identifying discrepancies.
• Comfortable with technology and data. Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, inventory systems, spreadsheets, and modern automation tools.
• Excellent organization and follow-through. You manage details, anticipate problems, and don’t need constant direction.
• A genuine ownership mentality. You take initiative, solve problems, communicate clearly, and care about the results.
