This role partners with field teams, finance, Asset Protection and leadership to identify trends, improve service delivery, optimize spend, and support data-driven decision making. Strong analytics and cross-functional collaboration are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced roles.
• 5+ years in business analysis, operations, or related Analytics roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead Project Teams of Analysts and others.
• Data gathering, synthesis, and solution development.
• Prepare documents for teams and leadership; deliver executive presentations.
• Build knowledge and internal capabilities.
• Deliver presentations to executives and sponsors.
