Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales or business operations or analytics-heavy roles at established firms or high-growth tech startups.
• Strong analytical and spreadsheet abilities; can translate data into clear conclusions.
• Agile self-starter with ownership of projects from Day 1.
• Excellent cross-functional communicator across all levels.
• Exceptional attention to detail; deliver clean analyses.
• Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-changing environment.
• CRM admin experience a plus (Salesforce preferred).
• Experience with sales tech or order-entry systems (e.g., Firelight) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own cross-functional projects end to end with Sales, Product, and Compliance.
• Build analysis leadership with models and funnel reporting.
• Support scaling the sales team; coordinate candidate scheduling and onboarding.
• Document and improve workflows with clear playbooks and processes.
• Coordinate vendor and systems rollouts with Engineering and partners.
• Help run the team's operating cadence and forecasting sessions.
• Get into the weeds when blockers occur and prevent recurrences.
• Keep Salesforce workflows and data hygiene maintained.
