Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales operations or analytically-intensive roles in insurance or high-growth tech

Responsibilities

• Move projects forward independently and with direction from leadership
• Reduce administrative workload for sales team and boost sales activities
• Document and improve annuity processes
• Process new annuity business—from application submission to funding and commissions
• Coordinate with carriers to advance business and keep the sales team informed
• Partner with licensing/appointment to onboard new hires
• Collaborate with Product/Marketing/RevOps to design and launch process improvements
• Build robust, scalable processes and CRM workflows in an agile environment
• Enhance data entry and operational efficiency across systems
