Job summary

ASR Group is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to drive operational excellence across our manufacturing operations. The role identifies opportunities, leads improvement projects, and supports critical decisions through in-depth analysis and KPI tracking.

The position reports to the Senior Director of Operations Finance and requires 2–5 years in engineering or operations with data analytics, plus familiarity with SAP. Some travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of hands-on engineering or operations experience, including data analysis, model building, and continuous improvement.
• Experience supporting and analyzing performance of manufacturing operations is a plus.
• MBA or master’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Apply data-driven analysis to lead change across ASR’s operations and other critical parts of business (Sales, Supply Chain).
• Extract insights from data and use charts, images, and frameworks to synthesize findings.
• Develop actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Create and deliver professional presentations to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with ASR colleagues across functions and regions to implement solutions.
• Drive continuous process improvement within Finance and across ASR processes.
• Support ASR’s annual budget process, including evaluation, compilation, and final presentation.
