Job summary
BairesDev is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer to design and develop high-performance analytics solutions that transform raw data into intuitive dashboards and enterprise semantic models.
You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable data visualizations, architect robust dashboards, and ensure consistency in data presentation across teams. This is a fully remote role with flexible hours and USD compensation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or a related field.
- Proven expertise in BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling.
- Experience building dashboards and KPI design.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and English proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Architect, deploy, and maintain dashboards and KPI reporting structures.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries from diverse sources.
- Design scalable dimensional and semantic models for analytics.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate requirements into visualizations.
- Define data presentation standards for consistency and clarity.
