Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain labor productivity, staffing, and labor management reports.
• Support labor variance analysis and performance monitoring activities.
• Prepare routine scorecards, dashboards, and reporting packages for leadership.
• Assist with labor benchmarking and comparative performance analyses.
• Monitor labor performance data and identify trends for review.
• Provide analytical support for productivity initiatives and staffing optimization.
• Maintain staffing grids and workforce management tools.
• Support scheduling optimization and labor planning activities.
• Maintain governance and reporting materials and ensure data integrity.
