CommonSpirit Health is seeking an Operations Analyst to support performance improvement and labor productivity across the system. You will help develop labor standards, manage data reporting, and train hospital leaders in productivity tools.

This role is a key member of the Operations Performance Group and requires strong analytical and communication skills. You will benchmark practices, coordinate deployment of productivity solutions, and provide ongoing education of benchmarking systems to

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Management Engineering.
• 5+ years in financial management or healthcare field.
• Experience in healthcare productivity management and benchmarking data.
• Familiarity with productivity solutions and time/attendance systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide analytic support for performance improvement and labor productivity management.
• Develop organizational labor standards and data reporting for hospital leaders.
• Lead benchmarking initiatives and deploy productivity practices across the system.
• Train users on benchmarking systems and reports with strong customer service.
• Evaluate Regions' labor performance to drive operations improvements.
• Perform other duties as required by OPG leadership.
