Job summary

D&G Solutions seeks a Senior Operations Analyst to support the U.S. Coast Guard Communications Product Line (COMPL) in Portsmouth, Virginia.

The role is hybrid and on-site at Coast Guard Base Portsmouth with potential meetings in the Tidewater area. You will develop SharePoint lists, Power BI reports, and Power Apps, maintain scheduled Power BI refreshes, and translate requirements into scalable Power Platform solutions.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience and current certification in: Power BI Data Analyst
• 3 years of experience and current certification in: Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals
• 3 years of experience and current certification in: Office Specialist - MS Access (previous certification acceptable)

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SharePoint lists, Power BI Reports, and Power Apps.
• Maintain Power BI scheduled refreshes.
• Translate business requirements into solutions using Power Platform and best practices.
• Synchronize data sources with government information on a schedule.
• Perform ad hoc analysis and assist team members with solutions.
• Write CMPs, ILSPs, and acquisition support plans.

D&G Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Analyst to support the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) Communications Product Line (COMPL) in Portsmouth, Virginia.

What You Will Do

• Develop and maintain SharePoint lists, Power BI Reports, and Power Apps.
• Maintain Power BI scheduled refreshes.
• Translate business requirements into solutions using the Power Platform and utilize current best practices.
• Synchronize data sources with government information on a given schedule.
• Perform ad hoc analysis and assist team members with solutions as needed.
• Write detailed Configuration Management Plans (CMP), Integrated Logistics Support Plans (ILSP), and acquisition support plans.

What We Are Looking For

Required

• 3 years of experience and current certification in the following:
• Power BI Data Analyst
• Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals
• Microsoft Office Specialist - MS Access (previous certification acceptable)

Preferred

• Current security clearance or Tier 1 (T1) Public Trust investigation.
• Current CAC or PIV credential, or current favorable suitability determination.
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Current security clearance or Tier 1 (T1) Public Trust investigation preferred.
• Current CAC or PIV credential, or current favorable suitability determination preferred.

Location

• Hybrid. Applicant must be available to work onsite at Coast Guard Base Portsmouth, 4000 Coast Guard Blvd, Portsmouth, VA 23703.
• Must also be available to support in-person meetings at other locations in the Tidewater area (Norfolk, Chesapeake, Suffolk, Virginia Beach).
