Job summary

Crusoe, located in Denver, is seeking a Senior Operations Accountant to support the accounting operations for its real estate development and AI infrastructure portfolio. This role involves day-to-day accounting, reporting, and analysis related to projects and operating sites.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience in real estate development or data center operations.
• CPA designation is highly preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of ASC 842 and the accounting cycle.

Responsibilities

• Maintain construction-in-progress schedules for AI data center projects.
• Own assigned close activities for development entities.
• Partner with development teams to review vendor invoices and project budgets.
• Apply ASC 842 to ground leases and ensure correct classification.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages for AI assets.
• Execute SOX-relevant controls over fixed assets and operating expenses.
