Western Alliance Bank is seeking an Operational Risk Program Manager to lead a team in developing and implementing enterprise risk programs across the organization. Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in Risk Management, Internal Audit, SOX, and Financial Institutions or similar field.
• Bachelor's Degree in related field required.
• Knowledge of general banking operations and financial services.
• Regulatory and legal compliance obligations familiarity.
• Experience across one or more lines of defense (operations, IT, compliance, risk management).
• Knowledge of COSO ERM Framework, Basel, and risk frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop programs to identify, measure, monitor, and control risks across the organization.
• Partner with stakeholders to implement enterprise risk management initiatives and governance structures.
• Develop reporting, training, and continuous improvement initiatives for risk programs.
• Execute operational loss and scenario analysis programs, aligning with CCAR and stress testing requirements.
• Ensure consistent application of policies and methodologies across the organization.
