Citigroup Inc. is seeking an experienced Operational Risk Analyst to lead third-party risk within the USDigital CX/Research & Insights team. This role focuses on identifying, monitoring and mitigating TPM-related risks to protect Citi’s reputation and financial stability.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in risk management, compliance, governance, or controls.
• Experience in third-party/vendor oversight is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of compliance laws, rules, and regulations.
• Solid analytical skills to evaluate risk and control activities.
• High accountability with ownership and results orientation.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of third-party relationships and monitor TPM-related risks.
• Conduct regular vendor reviews to discuss performance and mitigate issues.
• Establish and oversee operational risk policies, tools, and governance.
• Assess risks independently and drive root-cause actions.
• Serve as SME for Issues Management and KPI/KRI/Corrective Actions.
• Resolve escalations from vendors or internal partners promptly.
• Analyze scorecards and performance tools to mitigate risk exposure.
• Collaborate to resolve contract-related issues and changes.
