Citi Dublin is hiring an Operational Risk Senior Analyst to join the Central Capabilities Execution team within Banking and International ORM. You will apply risk management expertise to improve processes, analyze complex issues, and safeguard the firm’s financial stability and reputation.

The role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to translate data into clear narratives, and collaboration with global teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Previous experience supporting risk management, compliance, governance, or controls related roles.
• Exposure to enterprise risk management frameworks and knowledge of risk reporting tools and techniques would be an asset.
• Proven ability to analyze complex data to identify trends and emerging risks and translate those findings into clear narratives.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with experience building influential relationships and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Intellectually curious approach with outstanding communication skills to distill complex information.
• Robust project management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Participates in applying operational risk policies, technology and governance processes to minimize losses from failed internal processes and emerging risks.
• Deliver high-quality analysis and reporting with clear, actionable inferences.
• Develop best practices across ORM components and drive standardization across International footprint.
• Contributes to risk assessments and drives actions to address root causes of losses.
• Coordinates audits, examinations, and deliverable requirements from internal and external reviewers.
