Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
• 4–5 years of experience in Operational Excellence, Lean Manufacturing, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading Kaizen events and Lean Six Sigma initiatives.
• Ability to mentor and coach across organizational levels.
• Strong proficiency with Lean tools and problem-solving methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, lead, and facilitate Continuous Improvement projects aligned with business strategy and KPIs.
• Lead and facilitate Kaizen events with monitoring, sustainment, and realized results.
• Drive recurring opportunity identification to maintain a robust improvement pipeline.
• Monitor and validate the financial impact of improvement projects with Finance.
• Facilitate recurring VOC and VOB reviews with executive leadership.
• Manage the Annual Deployment Plan for Operational Excellence initiatives.
• Maintain accuracy of visual management systems and performance boards.
• Ensure integration between processes through standardized work and OPEx behaviors.
