Job summary

Millenniumsoft, Inc. in Durham, NC is seeking an Engineer, Process Validation/Industrial Engineer to implement and sustain Operational Excellence through SQDC alignment. On-site, 5 days a week, you will coach Change to Win and BD Production System programs while driving Lean Six Sigma initiatives.

The role requires extensive experience in Kaizen, DMAIC, 8D, and Lean tools, along with financial analysis to deliver sustainable results and the ability to mentor teams across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• 4-5 years of progressive experience in Operational Excellence, Lean Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Project Management, and Coaching methodologies.
• Ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven capability to coach and develop Continuous Improvement capabilities across the organization.
• Experience planning, selecting, and executing improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Continuous Improvement projects aligned with business strategy and KPIs.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and ensure sustainment and realization of results.
• Drive opportunity identification to maintain a robust improvement pipeline.
• Monitor financial impact of improvement projects with Finance.
• Facilitate VOC and VOB reviews with executive leadership.
• Manage Annual Deployment Plan for Operational Excellence initiatives.
